Suzanne Sheridan has been in Real Estate since early childhood, coming from a family of successful Realtors in Marco Island, Florida. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Marketing Degree and tried to resist the draw of the Real Estate industry by starting her career in pharmaceutical sales. Eventually the family business started to work its way into her blood and she began her Real Estate career in the lending industry when she arrived in Park City in 1997. Her four years on the finance side of the business has proven invaluable to our Buyers. Suzanne can provide up front insight into financing thanks to her past experience, a skill that is not found in many Realtors. In 2001, Suzanne joined Julie McKay and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Since that time, she has been involved in numerous successful deals as both a Buyer’s and Seller’s Agent. Having just built a second home in Chatham Hills with her husband, Jay, Suzanne knows a lot about the building process and the many possible surprises associated with land purchases and construction. Her experience, commitment to detail, and love of the job make her an excellent component to this very successful team.

Since
the birth of twin girls, Natalie and Alexis in January of 2006,
Suzanne and husband, Jay, have been kept very busy. When she does
have some free time, Suzanne enjoys the many activities that brought
most of us to Park City in the first place. Snowboarding and skiing
fill the time in winter, but when the snow melts, you will find
her running the many miles of trails in the area or working on
her golf game. The occasional day spent flyfishing with Jay is
not out of the question, either. It is hard to believe that there
would be time, but in addition to everything else, Suzanne is active
in the community and serves on the Real Estate Forms and Statistics
committees. She also participates in a variety of charitable events.
