Julie McKay has lived in Park City since 1976. Her knowledge of the area dates back to when there were only a handful of Realtors and projects, to the present day and the dramatic changes the market has seen. Her son, Robbie was raised in Park City and he now works as a writer in Los Angeles and is close to selling his first screenplay. Although Julie was raised in Spokane, she considers herself a Park City native. With her beginnings in nursing and a degree from Washington State University, Julie offers compassion and a willingness to serve that is seldom found.

She
began working with Realtors and Sellers through the interior design
business and eventually got her Real Estate license in 1986. She
obtained her Broker’s license in 1998 and has been active
in the community throughout her career. After only 2 years in Real
Estate, Julie earned acceptance to the Million Dollar Club, was
elected to the Park City Board of Realtors and was in the top 2%
in the nation in sales. Julie realized one of her dreams when she
completed construction of her beautiful home in Glenwild in January
of 2004. Well respected amongst the Realtor community and by her
clients, and deeply passionate about her job, Julie makes buying
or selling a home a positive experience for everyone.
Love
of the outdoors is one thing that has kept Julie in Park City.
She spent many years owning and riding horses, but her preference
has shifted to golf carts these days. With a handicap of 15, she
is a force to be reckoned with. When Julie isn’t golfing,
she spends time cheering on her favorite team, the Utah Jazz, or
visiting with her many clients and friends. Passionate in everything
she does, Julie is an avid skier and can leave you in her dust,
if you are not at the top of your game.
