The Village at Empire Pass
Located at the base of Deer Valley's® Flagstaff
Mountain, The Village at Empire Pass is a new neighborhood within
Empire Pass that is being primarily developed by East West partners.
It's planned to eventually include approximately 300 residences including
single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and club facilities.
Approximately 90 percent of the homes in The Village will be ski-in/ski-out
and serviced by Deer Valley's new Silver Strike Express high-speed
quad chair lift.
Empire Pass is a master-planned ski-in/ski-out
community at Deer Valley® Resort in Park City, Utah comprised of approximately
1,600-acres on the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain and Empire Canyon.
Empire Pass will eventually include approximately 525 residences
and club facilities. The Master Developer for all of Empire Pass
is Talisker, which purchased United Park City Mine Company in the
summer of 2003. Less than 10 percent of the 1,600-acres will be developed.
Construction
in The Village at Empire Pass is well underway with a handful of
residences already completed and many more scheduled for completion
during the 2006/2007 ski season. The first condominium building,
Shooting Star, has sold out, but successive condominium buildings
are coming on line including the two-building ArrowLeaf Lodge being
released in the fall of 2005. Paintbrush homes line the Banner ski
run and several are still available. The first phase of Larkspur
townhomes are sold out, but the second phase of townhomes, Larkspur
Westside, are going to be reaching the market soon.
