Real Estate In The Deer Valley® Resort Area

Lower Deer Valley®
The neighborhood at the base of the ski area is called Snow Park, after the early ski resort that preceded Deer Valley® Resort. The Snow Park area offers a variety of condos, home sites and single family homes all within a close proximity to Old Town Park City.

Upper Deer Valley®
Royal street leads to the Silver Lake Village area of upper Deer Valley®, site of many single family subdivisions and condominium lodges. The most desirable homes and town homes offer direct ski access. Many other homes are just a short walk from access trails. Perched above Silver Lake Village is the prestigious gated Bald Eagle gated community which features some of the most luxurious properties of any ski area in the world. The most recent addition to real estate in the Deer Valley® area is located on Flagstaff Mountain. It is here that most of the new real estate developments are situated.
